Cookie Policy
Draft policy — professional UAE legal review pending.

Essential storage
The site uses browser/session storage required to authenticate you and maintain the service. Authentication providers may use essential cookies or equivalent browser storage. Disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in and account features.
Saved preferences
Saved searches and signed-out saved-car preferences use browser local storage; signed-in saved vehicles are associated with your account. You can remove saved searches in their controls or clear your browser’s site data. Clearing site data may sign you out and remove local preferences, without deleting account records.
Visitor counting and third parties
Optional visitor counting uses the sayyar-visitor-id random identifier in local storage only after you select Allow visitor counting. The sayyar-visit-consent preference remembers your choice until you change it or clear site storage. Counting honours browser Do Not Track. Our access-controlled service stores the identifier, public page category and visit time for administrator totals; it does not record search text or private account/staff activity. It is browser counting, not verified-person measurement or fraud-proof analytics. Choose Decline through Privacy choices in the footer to stop future counting and remove the identifier locally. Existing records remain subject to privacy/deletion requests and the retention review described in the Privacy Policy. No advertising tracker is configured. Hosting diagnostics and external WhatsApp/email links have their own operational/privacy practices. Professional UAE review of consent, retention and hosting safeguards remains required before commercial launch.
Your choices
Manage cookies and browser storage through your browser settings and contact SAYYAR for privacy questions. This policy must be checked against actual hosting/provider storage and updated as services change.
Legal framework and verification
These policies are drafted with reference to applicable UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (as amended), Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 Concerning Modern Technology-Based Trade and Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection where applicable. Rental and traffic requirements may also involve Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2024 on Traffic Regulation and the competent emirate authority. Mainland, free-zone and cross-border rules can differ. SAYYAR’s legal entity, commercial activity/licence, establishment, competent court, transaction model and emirate-specific obligations require professional UAE legal verification before commercial launch. These drafts are not a claim of legal certification. Mandatory statutory rights and obligations prevail over conflicting wording.
